Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Well, I must say that this was an excellent book for me. Admittedly, at first I was thinking that it was another "hunger games" and fantasy. Well, it is fantasy, but with a meaning. I am not sure that I actually "got" it at first and I was very happy to hear the essay from Ray Bradbury that happened at the end of the audio recording. It brought my thoughts into focus more clearly.
Since writing the book, he has had many requests to reprint his book in textbooks etc. but however, they wanted to change things. I am happy that he refused to change anything. That was his point exactly!!!!!
I truly can't give a report of the book. Only to say that anyone/everyone should read this book including the words from the author at the end and draw your own conclusions.
