To Die But Once by Jacqueline Winspear
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Another great installment of the Maisie Dobbs adventures. We are now getting quite into WWII. Maisie and Pris have volunteered to drive ambulances and are in training for that.
The two sleuths, Maisie and Billy, have outed some more bad apples and some very close to home. Also, Maisie has made an important decision regarding Anna, the little orphaned girl that she has been caring for since her grandmother passed.
Great read.
