Please Don't Tell by Elizabeth Adler
My rating: 2 of 5 stars
I really wanted to like this book because it is in my favourite genre, but it just didn't appeal to me. It seemed to me that characters were shallow. In the early chapters, there was a stormy night and a woman who lives in an isolated home discovered a man, who was bleeding, knocking on her door. She ends up inviting him in for dinner and this was very far fetched IMO. The author tried to deceive us and pull the wool over our eyes as to who the actual murderer was.
